This product is great, especially when you don't have time to eat breakfast right away - it gives you a little caffeine kick and doesn't leave you feeling like you're running on empty again in too short a time frame, besides being good for rejuvenation and recovery after longs days coupled with intense exercise - before or after the fact. Don't mix it into hot coffee or it will clump up, but mix it separately into water and/or milk and stir that into your hot coffee.. it will foam up on top just like the gourmet version and tastes great.. But if you like your coffee a little naughtier than this on occasion, just add sugar to taste. Premiere Protein! it can definitely hold its own with the big boys without making you too much of a big boy, or girl yourself. So if you're watching your diet and keeping an eye on your waistline just eat healthy - kick the amino acids out - and stick with a good, quality protein.

I like this set of weights. While I haven't used them yet in a workout, I have used enough weights in my life to say I believe these will not slip when I sweat. They feel comfortable in my hands, too. Aesthetically speaking, I do not like that green color but I don't really care because I love the purple and like the yellow.All in all, the set of weights are what we call "the three Bs" in Spanish, Bueno, Bonito, Barato which essentially means that it's a good product for a good price.

Synopsis: Everything you need a rubber dumbbell to be from a dependable and reasonably priced brand.I was putting together a garage gym for my girlfriend and engaged in the process of trying to scavenge for dumbbells to supplement the free weights. If you've ever shopped for dumbbells you know they are outrageously expensive and run in a whole litany of varieties, sizes, reliability, etc. What I decided on were rubbers as they had the most durability in the setting of our garage and they would also be the most space-effective. These 10lbs and 15lbs are a bread-and-butter for warming up, doing light shoulder work, arm work, etc. so they needed to join the gym as quickly as possible.The dumbbells themselves are exactly what you would expect from any hexagonal dumbbells. They don't slide around on the floor, they sit nicely when placed down, they are sturdy, and pretty darn close to being weight accurate (see pictures). It should be expected that these dumbbells will not weight the exact weight purchased as they are not calibrated to that level. A rule of thumb I always tell her, and suggest in any gym; rotate your dumbbell each set to ensure any imbalances are evened out.My girlfriend has been using them weekly since December and has never run into any issues or complaints about the grip or the weight. I would highly advise you leave them in a place with airflow for a few days though--these will smell terrible out of the box because of the plastic, as mentioned by many of the other reviewers.Overall you simply cannot beat this value though. The dumbbells are reliable and for a fair price.

Absolutely love it! This is my third try at finding a taller net that is fast to set up and take down! I got the 8x8 because I hit irons and wedges fairly high and I can take a full 60 degree wedge swing and not worry about going over the net. Highly recommend!

I use this product at my stand up desk often. It works my ankles, legs and core. The black grip is like a thick sandpaper and has not peeled up at all. I have been using it for several months and it still looks brand new. My balance had gotten much better.

Both of my kids have been in soccer for 5+ years so these are great to have for the backyard and to take to the park. These definitely need to be packed up after each use. The material could not survive outdoors for very long without getting weathered. They are easy enough for my 10 year old to pull out AND put away by herself. Tonight I watched her easily get them twisted, strapped, then back into the zip up case under 5 minutes. I like that these are bigger than the ones I usually see at soccer practices. You can get a decent kick into here and have a need for a goalie during drills. The little 3-4ft ones seem a little silly to put anyone in front of. They are lightweight and could easily go back and fourth between practices to the car and back, and then some. Can't wait to get lots of use out of these.

Everything you need to set up, play, and pack-up. Very nice it is compatible to many of the older wooden sets I have played. I actually prefer the carry bag over the old stands because the balls would always fall off the stands and get lost. The bag is a nice size where everything fits in easily. The quality of the wood is good too, Smooth and well sanded with a light clear glaze finish. Great value, for family and friends entertainment fun.

This is much better quality than expected. I've checked it 3 times so far and it held up great - no wear and tear. I stuffed it with clothes (just because there was room) and it still was under the 50 pound weight limit. Super convenient. The rollers work very well, also. I had no problem rolling this thru the airport. Handles are also well-constructed. I'd highly recommend this over designer bags that cost much more.

Very usefull and perfect color. I used the blue one tonight and it went on well and stayed on, mostly. Near the end of the hour I was pulling it down in the back some. I wear ear plugs too, but didn’t feel any water enter the ear canal area. Which was a good sign, but this was just the first time use. Each time, they stretch a little more. My hair got wet, but for me, that’s expected.I’m an older man, have a big head, bald on top with short hair and a pony tail. I also have a short beard. I keep the beard short and it does help to stop water. I shave my neck below the hairline as well for best adhesion. I also shampoo my hair prior to swimming and dry it (some, but not 100%). I’ve found doing those things helps to keep swim caps on my head and provides the best seal. I do like my hair to get wet with fresh water first, to absorb that water, rather than absorbing the pools chlorinated water. But drying it some, along with the neck and face is necessary for it to really stay put and create a good seal. Each person is different and YMMV.I try not to stretch the cap any extra than necessary and always rinse it out after using, then dry it with a towel.I’ll continue using this for my regular lap swimming sessions.Recommended!

These dumbells are excellent. If you buy those big heavy ugly uncoated iron weights (not these), sometimes you'll look at them and think "Forget it, I'll lift them some other time". Because that type of weight can feel cold and rough, and if you only get the heavy ones you may view them as hard to get started/motivated. The point of getting weights is to use them, not to buy and feel macho looking at them sitting in the corner, while they collect dust. These weights come in a variety of sizes and colors, they are very attractive and feel good in your hands. I bought the 8 pounds (each) red and the 12 pounds (each) blue. The reds are nice to get started in your workout, if you are a man you'll likely find them easy but that's the point - they get you started easily, they don't intimidate you or make you feel like they will be an ordeal. After starting with a low weight like the reds, you can move to the blues or whatever you want, however you want. I would guess that women will want to start at much lower weights than the 8 pound reds, and fortunately those are available too at great prices and attractive colors.

They are very good and enjoyable. Put up in our front yard for kids to play with before setting it up at a church picnic. Directions were easy to follow and assemble. Everything was packaged well. Great for gym. I bought this rope for my garage home gym. I didn't want to be standing in the driveway while I worked out so I purchased the 30ft rope and it puts me right at the end of my garage.In order to increase the difficulty of the workout, I bought the 2-inch rope and am really satisfied.I also bought a hook kit so my rope could be hooked around my racks in my garage with all the supplies on them and not get any damage.The ropes are really nice quality and have become my favorite addition to my gym.They were much cheaper than a lot of the ropes out there and are fantastic quality. Buy these if you're looking to get into the battle ropes game.

Good price and works great. Easy to use and switch weights, and works with heavier weight plates too if you buy them separately (make sure to buy 1-inch plates). Some other reviewers complained about the grip, but I’m happy with it. Granted, I always wear gym gloves, but with gloves I find the grip strong and comfortable. The material also seems to be of good quality: I’ve had it for over a year and there’s no chipping.

Perfect kettlebell. After being asked to pay a fortune for similar kettlebells at my local sporting goods store, I opted to have this one mailed to me. And I am thrilled with the price, quality, and ease of use. The handle is comfortable in my hand and so far, it has accommodated all the exercises I've attempted.

This mat is wonderful, and super comfortable! I have scoliosis pretty bad, so finding a thick, comfortable yoga mat to lay my back on was impossible, until I found this one! One downfall, it’s near impossible to hold your balance/stance when on one foot, hand, or your head on this mat, and I think it’s just the thickness of it that makes it that way, and I’ve never had this issue with the thin, regular, yoga mats. I will still keep using this one though, as it’s the most comfortable! It does come with a strap to hold it together for storage, and a strap for carrying, which I absolutely love!! Easy to keep clean, too!

This is a nice piece of equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by how strong and sturdy is. The handle bar padding is good and seems durable, but also seems like something you could easily replace if needed. The stability kind of depends on how well you put it together and your form, because when I do incline push-ups I tend to push the wrong way so it comes off the ground. This is easily fixed by putting it up against a wall. I think it is very versatile and a good alternative for someone how doesn't want a bunch of weights or equipment because you can do so many things with it besides the bodyweight exercises they give an example of on the included instruction sheet - incline pushups, dips, leg lifts and wide-grip pull ups. You can also use it for balance when doing single leg exercise, to stretch legs or lay on the ground parallel to the legs and do toe touches to the padded handle bar.
